Among the resource speakers were Director Susana Juangco of Office of the Civil Defense  (OCD)’s Capacity-Building and Training Service,  DTI BSMED Director Jerry Clavesillas, Senior Advisor Jimmy Loro, Senior Advisor for the GIZ Regulatory Framework Promotion of Pro-poor Insurance Markets in Asia (RFPI Asia), Head of Cebuana Lhuillier Insurance Brokers’ Iren Bello, Vice-President of SB Corporation-Planning and Advocacy Frank Lloyd Gonzaga while UP Institute of Small-Scale Industries (UP ISSI)’s Ms. Joanna Rose T. Laddaran and NRC facilitated the BCP Workshop.

The capacity building on Business Continuity Plan to its Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is SM Prime’s commitment to the Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments.
